  • 2 Cups Rice
  • 2 inches grated ginger
  • 6 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Can of Organic Coconut Milk
  • 2.5 Cups of Water
  • 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Cabbage
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Red Pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • Sugar Snap Pea’s
  • Water Chestnuts



  1. In a large cooking pot melt the coconut oil, add the grated ginger and the chopped garlic and let it simmer for about a minute.  Then add the rice and let the coconut oil mixture coat the rice.  Then add the coconut milk and water.  Bring to a boil and then let simmer until rice soft.
  2. In a frying pan, melt 1/2 tbsp coconut oil and add in the garlic, ginger and onion let simmer until the onions are translucent.  Then add all other vegetable and cook on low for about 15 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with soy-free Coconut Aminos from Coconut Secret.
